About the area:
Pargiali is a small coastal town situated on the eastern hills of the island of Lefkada.
Lefkada Island, also known locally as Lefkas, is one of the famous among Greece’s 3,000 islands. It attracts many tourists thanks to its stunning beaches and convenient access via the international airport. It is one of only two islands accessible by car directly from the airport via a bridge.

The Project:
Conversion of 7,000 m² of agricultural land into a luxury 5-star hotel complex, featuring 80 residential units including lavish suites and fully equipped villas. The project enjoys a prime location, right on the beachfront, very close to Nidri - a lively area known for its nightlife, cafes, and tavernas.
About the Area:
- Just 1.1 km from the property is the main promenade, home to numerous tavernas and cafes.
- At the center of the promenade is a small port from which ferries depart to the nearby islands.
